Our Confined Space Trainer is a fully modular, self-contained training system designed to simulate a wide range of confined space environments safely and realistically. This system provides a durable, flexible, and relocatable solution for confined space entry, rescue, and emergency response training.
Confined space systems
Whatever you need, our system can be configured in multiple layouts, linked to other training systems such as LPG fire training buildings, and can be installed with minimal site preparation.
Our system is constructed from certified ISO-grade 20ft or 40ft steel containers, ensuring structural integrity and portability. Containers are shot-blasted, primed, and painted to marine-grade standards for long-term durability. The reinforced internal framing and support structures allow for vertical, horizontal, or multi-level configurations.
- Configurable internal passageways with adjustable tunnels, hatches, crawl spaces, and manway entries.
- Optional obstacle sections, such as pipe runs, restricted access points, and ladder climbs.
- Integrated low-light and blackout environments for enhanced realism.
- Ventilation and gas monitoring points for safe, controlled atmosphere simulations.
- Interchangeable internal panels allow for quick reconfiguration between training scenarios.
Installation can be completed within 1–2 days.
No specific groundworks or civil engineering required; units can be placed directly on level hardstanding or concrete pads.
LPG fire training
Our confined space fire training systems can be directly linked to an LPG training system to simulate real-world confined space emergencies such as:
